The short version

I run short-term rentals. I built Koohost because every tool on the market either wanted $30 per property per month, locked the good features behind an enterprise call, or tried to charge me a percentage of my own bookings.

So I built a flat-priced AI co-host that drafts guest replies, runs the smart locks and thermostat, schedules my cleaners, and keeps my calendar straight — and I priced it like a normal SaaS: $15/month for Solo Hosts, $30/month for Pro. No per-property tax, no take-rate on your bookings, no demo gate.

Things I will not do

I will not charge per property. Two houses or twenty — your subscription is the same.

I will not take a percentage of your bookings. Your guests pay you. Full stop.

I will not pretend to be a marketplace I am not. Koohost is the co-host. Tools that route everything through their own ecosystem can do that. I'm not them.

What's next

I'm shipping every week. The roadmap right now: deeper integrations with the channels hosts actually use, more languages in the cleaner mobile app, and a self-hosted booking page so direct-booking hosts can finally stop paying Airbnb 15% on every reservation.
